ExactRec is early, and we would rather be judged on your data than on our claims. A pilot is deliberately small: you export three files for a single month, and we report what ExactRec matched against what your current system matched.
You export three files
One month of bank statement transactions, the open items ledger as it stood, and the customer master. Anonymized — measuring match quality needs consistent names, not real ones.
We run and measure
ExactRec processes the month and produces the three buckets, an allocation file, and the auto-match rate. We record what your current system matched on the same month, so the comparison is like for like.
You get the number and the workings
A measured match rate, a worked example of lump-sum allocation on your own receipts, and the unmatched list with stated reasons. If the gap is not worth having, that is a useful answer too.
Three files. Nothing else.
Every input is something your finance system already produces, and a client can typically export all three within a day.
Bank statement transactions
Incoming receipts as they arrive from the bank — parsed by the existing ExactSum pipeline, in whatever format your bank provides.
Open items ledger
Unpaid invoices and rentals with contract reference, customer, due date and amount.
Customer master
Names, account references and any known payer aliases — the ground truth that fuzzy payer matching is scored against.
Because v1 is file-in, file-out, the platform you run on does not have to support anything in particular. If it can export a ledger, it can run a pilot.
