1. The Commitment

ExactRec (operated by Productimiser Ltd) operates a zero-data-retention (ZDR) approach for the content you submit for valuation. Your photographs and asset data are processed only to produce the valuation you requested, and are not retained for model training.

2. No Training on Your Data

Data you submit is never used to train, fine-tune or improve AI models. Where we use third-party AI inference providers, we contract for zero retention and no-training terms.

3. Deletion

Valuation images and source data are deleted once they are no longer required to deliver and evidence the valuation, and permanently on your request or account removal, subject to any legal retention obligations.

4. What We Keep

We retain the valuation outputs and audit trail you need for your credit file (figures, confidence, comparables referenced) according to your contract, and minimal account records to operate the service.

5. Security

All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is role-based and logged. See our Security page for detail.
