1. These Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to the ExactRec website and platform, operated by Productimiser Ltd, trading as ExactRec ("Company", "we", "us"). By using ExactRec you agree to these Terms.

2. The Service

ExactRec provides AI-assisted valuations of used equipment, returning indicative retail, average and fire-sale figures with supporting comparables and a confidence score.

3. Nature of Valuations

Valuations are decision-support estimates generated from the data you provide and market comparables. They are not formal certified appraisals unless expressly agreed in a separate written agreement. You remain responsible for your own lending and credit decisions.

4. Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate asset information and genuine, unaltered images.
• Keep your account credentials secure and do not share access.
• Use the platform only for lawful business purposes.

5. Accounts

You may register with an email and password or via Google sign-in. You are responsible for activity under your account.

6. Fees

Fees are as set out in your plan or order form. Unless stated otherwise, fees are exclusive of VAT.

7. Intellectual Property

ExactRec, its software, models and content are owned by Productimiser Ltd. You retain ownership of data you submit and grant us a licence to process it to provide the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, ExactRec is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions made in reliance on a valuation. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. You may close your account at any time.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
