We are committed to processing data lawfully and transparently under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What We Collect

• Account data — name, work email, organisation, and authentication identifiers (including those from Google sign-in, where used).
• Valuation data — photographs, serial numbers, hour readings and asset details you submit for valuation.
• Usage data — how you interact with the Website and platform, together with device and log information such as IP addresses.

How We Use It

• To produce the valuations you request and deliver results.
• To operate, secure and improve the Website and platform.
• To communicate with you about your account and the service.

We rely on performance of contract, our legitimate interests in operating the service, and your consent where required.

AI and Your Images

Images and data you submit are used solely to produce the valuation you requested. We operate a zero-data-retention approach to model training — your data is never used to train AI models. See our Zero Data Retention Policy for detail.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with processors who help us run the service (for example cloud hosting and AI inference providers) under contract, and where required by law.

Retention

We keep account data for as long as your account is active. Valuation images and data are deleted on removal, in line with our Zero Data Retention Policy and your contract.

International Transfers

Data is processed in UK/EU regions. Where any transfer outside the UK/EEA occurs, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

Cookies

The Website uses a small number of functional cookies (such as remembering your language choice). Where analytics cookies are used, they help us understand how visitors use the Website so we can improve it.

Your Rights
